International Shipping

GOODXEVIL Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing GOODXEVIL! We're committed to providing high-quality items and ensuring your satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns

  • You have 15days from the date of receiving your item to request a return.

  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition, with tags still attached and packaging intact.

  • Customized or final sale items are non-returnable.

Refunds

  • Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the status of your refund.

  • If your return is approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method. Refunds typically take 5-7 business days to process.

  • Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for the return shipping unless the item was defective or we made an error in your order.

Exchanges

  • If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, please return the original item and place a new order.
